Colon Blow
Brock and I have started a detoxification cleanse. We got the combo pack that is supposed to cleanse the liver, kidney, and colon and chose to do the 7 day stonger cleanse. Hopefully this will cure my IBS, Brock's afternoon naps, and both of our poop issues. I promise to let you know how well it works, right now we have been doing a lot of #1 but that may be due to the large amounts of water we are supposed to drink with the program.
