Crazy stuff while camping

We got ambushed by a giant raccoon on the first night. As you can see it ate right through the plastic.
This is a crazy tree we saw.

I am certain that fairies live in there.
Who knows what kind of plant this is???????

This snake lunged at me while we were hiking.










Finally, the most crazy thing that happened......
We were hiking up to the old mica mine when we came accross a guy on a mountain bike. Brock was taking some pictures and mentioned that he'll probably not remember what the picture was of, to which the weird guy responded with "well, you can tell people what it is of... if you make it out of here alive". As he finished this statement he began to reach into his fanny pack. Needless to say this totally creeped Brock out who hurried away from the guy before he could really know what was being retrieved from the fanning pack. Still, all in all creepy weird thing to happen.
