Wry Neck
I have recently been plagued with Wry Neck, aka torticollis.
These are all of the muscles that hurt on me right now.

I like that it is called torticollis. Which makes me think that you are like a little turtle, but your neck is stuck out and you can't put it back in so you are really pissed off and all straight and turtling around going "turtle turtle, turtle". I think I need beer now (that was me, not you, you should avoid beer because it makes you ill--plus it would interact with your 1/2 a motrin).
